Chairman Brad Johnson called the regular monthly board meeting to order at 7:00 P.M.

PRESENT: Brad Johnson – Chairman, Keith Karpenski, John Bonneprise, Helen Johnson, Gary Dado – Town Board Supervisors, Judy Demulling – Town Clerk, Margo Dahl –Treasurer.

AGENDA: Motion was made by Supervisor Bonneprise, seconded by Supervisor Johnson to approve adoption of the proposed agenda. Motion carried.

TREASURER’S REPORT: Treasurer’s report was presented to the Town Board. Motion was made by Supervisor Bonneprise, seconded by Supervisor Dado to approve the treasurer’s report as presented. Motion carried.

Motion was made by Chairman Johnson, seconded by Supervisor Johnson to authorize the treasurer to use Mailcom for the 2010 tax season. Motion carried.

Motion was made by Supervisor Bonneprise, seconded by Supervisor Johnson to pay the amount of $741.55 to the Polk County Treasurer for the chargeback of taxes for parcel #002-01303-0000. Motion carried.

MINUTES: Motion was made by Supervisor Karpenski, seconded by Supervisor Dado to approve the minutes of the September 10, 2009 Regular Town Board Meeting and September 24, 2009 and September 29, 2009 Board of Supervisor Meeting. Motion carried.

PUBLIC COMMENT – NONE

a.  Award Bid for Spring Court Reconstruction – Motion was made by Supervisor Johnson, seconded by Supervisor Karpenski to award the bid to Gjonnes & Sons Construction in the amount of $21,655.50. Motion carried.

b.  Long Range Road Plan – Motion made by Supervisor Dado, seconded by Chairman Johnson to approve the Long Range Road Plan. Motion carried.

c.  Approval of 2010-2011 TRIP Submission – Motion made by Supervisor Karpenski, seconded by Supervisor Bonneprise to have two applications. 1. Pave and shoulder the northern one mile segment of 155^th Street between Polk County "C" and 38^th Avenue. 2. Pave and shoulder 15^th Avenue off of 185^th Street to its termini.

a.  General Discussion of Budget Objective for 2010/Date – The Board will meet on Wednesday, October 14, 2009 at 6:00 p.m.

STATUTORY PLANNING COMMISSION

a.  Land Division Ordinance Revision Review – Town Board will have a Public Hearing before our next board meeting on November 12, 2009 at 6:30 p.m.

ROADWORK ISSUES - PUBLIC WORKS:

a.  Rusty Tuttle – Driveway on 180^th Street – Mr. Tuttle came before the board to ask for an extension on his driveway permit. Motion was made by Supervisor Bonneprise, seconded by Supervisor Dado to approve a one (1) year extension on his driveway permit. Motion carried.
