Board Supervisors, and Margo Dahl - Treasurer.
ABSENT: Judy Demulling – Town

AGENDA:
Motion was made by Supervisor Bonneprise, second by Supervisor
Karpenski to approve adoption of the proposed agenda.
Motion carried.
APPROVE BILLS: The
monthly bills were presented to the Town Board.
Motion was made by Supervisor Johnson, second by Supervisor Dado
to approve payment of the bills listed.
Motion carried.
TREASURER’S REPORT:
Treasurer’s report was presented to the Town Board.
Motion was made
by Supervisor Bonneprise, second by Chairman Johnson to approve the
treasurer’s report as presented.
Motion carried.
MINUTES:
Motion was made by Supervisor Karpenski, second by Supervisor
Dado to approve the minutes of the June 9, 2011 Regular Town Board Meeting and
June 14, 2011 Board of Review Minutes.
Motion carried.

Cemetery Management Issues – Motion made by Supervisor Karpenski, second by Supervisor Bonneprise
to have Jim Haugerud and Al Dahl meet and discuss ideas on what needs to be
done at the cemetery.

Appointment
of Animal Control Person – Motion
made by Supervisor Karpenski, second by Supervisor Dado to appoint Dan Hoverman
as the Town Animal Control Officer with the same agreement terms as the Town of
Osceola.
Motion carried.

b. Adopt Resolution
62-2011 – Approval to Adopt Wisconsin Department of Transportation Equipment
Rates – Motion made by Supervisor Johnson, second by Supervisor Bonneprise to
approve Resolution 62-2011.

Supervisor Bonneprise – yes, Chairman Johnson – yes.

c. Discuss Request Bids for an Assessor – Discussion Only – No Action Taken

PLAN COMMISSION - RECOMMENDATIONS

Review Animal Control Ordinance – Motion by Supervisor Karpenski, second by Supervisor Dado to give the
information we received from our Town Attorney to the Plan Commission for
their review and to make suggestions/recommendations to the Animal Control
Ordinance draft.
Motion carried.
ROAD WORK
ISSUES
a.
Possibly Approve Advertising Bidding for Paving of Spring Court and 40th
Avenue, West of 185th Street – Motion by Chairman Johnson,
second by Supervisor Dado to approve advertising for bidding of paving on
Spring Court and 40th Avenue, West of 185th Street.
