APPROVE BILLS: The monthly bills were presented to the Town Board. Motion was made by Supervisor Bonneprise, second by Supervisor Dado to approve payment of the bills listed. Motion carried.

a.  Supervisor Johnson informed the board that the Town of Osceola Plan Commission is having a meeting on opening ATV Routes, Tuesday, November 15, 2011 at 7:00 p.m.

b.  Supervisor Dado reported a complaint he received that 140^th Street needs repair.

c.  Resident commented that road workers do a good job on mowing the ditches and how nice the ditches look.

a.  Web Site Development and Management – Margo Dahl gave a report on different companies and costs. No formal action taken will be put on next month’s agenda.

b.  Discuss Banning Open or Concealed Weapons in Municipal Buildings Relating to Wisconsin Act 35 – Motion made by Chairman Johnson, second by Supervisor Dado to take no action at this time and revisit at a future time, if the board so deems necessary. Motion carried.

a.  Composting within the Town – There was open discussion, no action was taken.

b.  Supervisor Johnson and Clerk Demulling gave a report on the Wisconsin Town Association 64^th Annual Convention that was held at the Sierra Hotel & KI Convention Center in Green Bay on October 23-26, 2011.

a.  Discuss Gravel Purchases from the Town – The matter was discussed, no action taken.

b.  Discuss Salt/Sand Purchases from the Town – This matter was also discussed and no formal action was taken. A legal opinion from the state was presented and Polk County Corporate Council is reviewing the issue.
